Deputies said a second person had been sexually assaulted by one of the suspects.In May 2021, new DNA technology was used to create a CODIS profile, which matched Luis Ruiz Gonzalez. A DNA sample was found and matched with further investigation, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.The case was presented to a Grand Jury Thursday.
