  7. Yeah that's really important because, people think: emotions is/means vulnerability soo, "you're weak?" Noo!, That's what you are, A HUMAN WITH EMOTIONS AND that, EXACTLY THAT makes you strong!! #BTA5

I love Brene for so many reasons. Thx

  10. My Takeaways
    Live whole heartedly
    1. Have the courage to be who you are and accept your imperfections.
    2. Have the compassion to be kind to yourself first and then to others.
    3. Create connection by being authentic.

  11. First of all, HI Evan!! Your approach to empowering others is brilliant! I swear I'm learning so much! I really love Brene Brown. I was introduced to her talks last year. I took away a quote of hers that is going to forever stick with me. "Vulnerability is the willingness to show up and be seen even when there are no guarantees." I am in a state where I feel like vulnerable is where I NEED to be. I feel it beckoning me. I feel misunderstood anyway. I'm that person that encourages and motivates my enemies and people look at me like I have 2 heads, but I sincerely want people to be OK and succeed and be the best versions of themselves that they can be and if that entails me bring vulnerable and showing my imperfections, I'm not sure I care. I want to grow. I just feel extremely empowered. I feel like I was all over the place, but I don't care. I love the mental state that I'm in right now

  12. Lawear Smith says:

Show up even when there is no guarantee

  13. C Fitzl says:

Two thumbs up! I've really been thinking lately about the vulnerability/connection thing, and I love how Brene breaks it down. When she gave the sign for vulnerability, I teared up and had to pause the video to absorb what she'd said. She has a wonderful blend of intelligence, passion and humor. Thank you for this, Evan and Brene.

  14. Great, Made my day????

  15. Started out with a horrible, self-defeating clip; thumbs down and didn't finish watching

  16. devorahacts says:

I buy a lot of this but not the "fear of not being worthy" thing. It seems to me, if you exhibit the right behavior to appear you believe that, then it works out well, but if your behavior looks different then that group's norm, you can believe it as much as you want, but others will think you believe something else.

  17. moonie11355 says:

This is a super valuable video. Thank you for sharing content which is also not directly business related. We need to become high valued assets, before others are able to recognizes us as high valued assets.

  18. Amy says:

Thank you so much for validation of the very real power and necessity of vulnerability.. no fear of truth.

  19. Know all the facts before targeting and listening to your emotions #Learn

  20. "the willingness to say 'I love you' first". Sums it up.

  21. Amber Sweet says:

Love that you post things like this! I had the wonderful chance of seeing Brené Brown live and I love what she stands for and I feel so encouraged that people like you share wisdom from big influencers like her. God bless.

  22. My favourite IS "LIVE WHOLEHEARTEDLY"

  23. Ro Well says:

What an amazing video! Thank you so much for introducing me to Brene! Much love Evan & Team <3!!!

  24. "We can only love and be loved as much we are willing to have our heart broken." There were countless things she said that affected me, but this one made me sit up straight and a lot of BS just slipped away like teflon coated my mind.

  25. Fay DeMeyer says:

I loved it Evan Carmichael, Brene' Brown has a way of saying things that resonnates with me, what I learned is "what emotion am I feeling and get curious about what it means, why I am feeling that way. I Loved vulnerability, courage.

  26. Another great video ????????☀️????????

  27. This validates a lot of bad moments for me when emotion grabbed control of the moment.

  28. « Courage to be imperfect »
« Willingness to do without any garantuee «
That is what I have to Work on

  29. Giana Eden says:

Emotions are driving, thought and reason are in the truck! To live wholeheartedly is to allow vulnerability !

  30. Nice one to explore him self & self under standing

  31. I learned to slow down my thoughts during a heated moment. A conspiracy happens real quick for sure if you’re taking a moment personal. ????????

  32. Pick just one of the four???? I can't….I need all four!! Wow, that was INTENSE

  33. Alex Klatt says:

Food for thought. What attacking another person really means when you don't have all the facts.
